14. The Bank is a trustee of the account of the pensioners, like the petitioner, and has no authority in the eyes of law to dispute the entitlement of the pension payable to the employees, other than those in the employment of the Bank. To tamper with such account and effect the recovery of pension without any authority, is nothing but a breach of trust of the petitioner by the Bank. We should not be understood to have said that even where there is technical error in calculation, other than of entitlement, is committed resulting in excess payment, the Bank cannot recover it. We have already held that no such case is made out here.
CIRCULAR FOR CGHS BENEFICIARIES

Directorate General of CGHS, vide its No. Z15025/12/2020/DIR/CGHS dated 30.09.2020, has communicated that the CGHS beneficiaries getting medicines for chronic diseases shall be permitted to purchase medicines based on the prescription held (prescribed by CGHS Medical Officers//CGHS Specialists/other Govt. Specialists/Specialists of empanelled hospitals) till 31st December, 2020 on the same condition as per its earlier OM dated 27.03.2020.
IDA INCREASE BY 5.5% W.E.F 1.10.2020

Based on the consumer price index, issued by Shimla Labour Bureau on 30/09/20, 5.5% IDA increase has become due w.e.f. 1st October 2020. The current IDA is 159.9%. With the 5.5% increase, the total IDA will become 165.4%.
